About the Game

Q: How many people can play?

A:

Two of our rooms can accommodate 3 to 6 players per slot, whilst The Mission can accommodate 2 to 5 players per slot.
Q: How much does it cost?

A:

The game costs €13 per person; however do check our website and facebook page for promotions which may be taking place.
Q: Is there an age limit?

A:

The rooms and themes are designed for people 10 years of age and above. There is no upper age limit!
Q: Is there any specific knowledge required to play the game?

A:

No specific knowledge is required, however basic Greek or English is needed to understand and solve some of the mysteries. Also basic math will also come in handy!
Q: Do I need to bring anything along with me?

A:

No. We do have team lockers on-site, where you can safely store all your belongings before entering the rooms.
Q: Am I allowed to take photos or videos whilst playing the game?

A:

We insist that any mobile phones are switched off whilst in the rooms (no selfies allowed!). If you are caught taking photos or making any type of recordings during the game you will be asked to leave the premises.
Q: What time do I have to be there?

A:

Teams need to be there at least 15 minutes before the game starts in order to sign in, be briefed and to go through all necessary health and safety procedures. Therefore allow for approximately 90 minutes in total at the venue.

Bookings

Q: Do I need to make a reservation beforehand?

A:

As spaces are limited, a reservation is needed before you arrive. Please go to our booking section to make a reservation.
Q: Does my booking need to be made online?

A:

The easiest way to make a reservation is through our online booking system. We do accept telephone reservations as well, so feel free to call us on 22 – 43 33 53.
Q: Can I book for a special event such as a birthday, bachelor/hen party or a corporate event?

A:

We are happy to arrange and customize bookings for special occasions or corporate events. Kindly send us an email or give us a call and we will do our best to tailor to your needs.
Q: Is it possible to reschedule or cancel my booking?

A:

Once online payments are made, cancellations are not possible; however we are happy to reschedule your booking if you inform us at least 48 hours prior to your booking.

Accessibility and Fears

Q: Will I actually be locked in a room?

A:

Yes! However, all rooms are equipped with an emergency door release button, enabling you to leave the room at any time in case of an emergency. Additionally, all teams are supplied with a walkie-talkie and can communicate with our 'control room' whilst the game is being carried out. All rooms have CCTV allowing our staff to keep an eye out for you as well should you need any assistance.
Q: I'm claustrophobic, can I still play?

A:

All our rooms are over 25 square meters and are therefore spacious. Additionally all rooms have emergency exit buttons; however if you wish to play with the door open it can be arranged.
Q: Will I be standing for the entire hour?

A:

All rooms have adequate seating should you require to sit down at any point in the game.
Q: Are rooms accessible to all?

A:

There are no major physical requirements to carry out the game, however all rooms are located on the first floor which is accessed via a staircase. Some parts of the game also have low levels of light and small sound effects. Should you have any concerns kindly contact us before you book.
